I did not catch the beginning of this, but I presume you are talking about
the NYS proposal by Governor Pataki about a week and a half ago to eliminate
tax on Internet access. I agree with Chris that right now, there is nothing
new on the books, as it is just a proposal. Collection of tax in the interim
is the correct way to go.
