I wouldn't jump the gun either, which is why I suggested asking ISPs about
future taxes.
However, the article implied that this is more than a suggestion -- that
Pataki could do this within his authority (without the legislature) and
that he had instructed the sales tax folks of his desire. Then again it's
only a news report, so who really knows but the sales tax people in Albany.
Have they said anything about it?
