Subject: the other big article about censorware

The current online issue of Internet World contains another article about
the unexpected effects of "filtering" software. This is just one month
after they finished giving out awards to some of these programs in last
issue's roundup.

Among other facts from the article: a netizen using the handle "Phreddd"
wrote a complaint to one of the companies about their program. Ultimately,
this led to the company putting "Phreddd" on their list of banned words in
retaliation.

>Brock and I have a long article about what CyberPatrol and other
>"smut-blocking" software realy blocks (the Washington Post cited it in an
>editorial, in fact).
