via Cablevision and TCI. Additionally, a circulating set is
being prepared and will be available via WLS member libraries.

Talk TV - Norm Liss has taped an Internet information segment
for his Community Cable TV Show with Norm Jacknis and Mitch
Freedman. It is scheduled to air between Jan 2nd - 12th.

3. SARA/Westchester County Information Exchange Grant

Member Resumes - Bill Langham requested member profiles from
those interested in working on the Westchester County/Local
Government Info Exchange.

4. WLS/WATPA Community Information Website - Home Page Introduction

The WATPA Web Support Committee (Mal Nechis, Warren
Sirota, Pat Colvin) demonstrated a mock-up of the home
page for the as yet un-named Community Information
Center. The intended purpose of this website will be to
provide a readily accessible directory and information
resource, including lists, links and pointers, to
material provided by Westchester's non-profit community
organizations.

Questions regarding host site particulars, a name, and
related public relations were discussed (and subsequently
on the WATPA Mailing List).

Special thanks was given to the Committee for all the
work they put into the creation of a WATPA homepage and
the initial page(s) for our early content providers.

5. Membership

$30 Annual Dues due at January Meeting 1/18/96. Bill is
preparing a mailing for the WATPA list detailing 1995's
accomplishments and soliciting renewed membership from those
less active during 1995.

6. New Business

Norm Jacknis had conversation with the organizer of the
proposed Internet Online World's Fair to be held in 1996
- 97 and "won" the Westchester Pavilion. Warren
suggested that included in the pavilion should be an area
created to showcase the online achievements of
Westchester's schools. Everyone was asked to think about
other possible subjects/ideas for inclusion in the
pavilion.
