Hello Eric,

I a similar situation happen here in Washington. The customer asked if
they could Switch to FiOS but keep us as their ISP. Verizon said sure,
but of course when the order was complete they were VOL. Verizon
insists that I cannot be the ISP over FiOS, but nobody can tell me why.

Does anybody understand why I cannot be the ISP for a customer with FiOS?

Thanks,

Ed
