Just for the archives, we had to use RFC 1483 Routed (instead of RFC 1483
Bridged mode) on the Customer router. This is what I was trying to ask
several times. Sorry for now being clear, but I worded it the best I could.
It took Verizon about a day to get our first DPVC up and running which
included a site dispatch, multiple phone calls and emails. It still seems
no one in the East @ Verizon understands the DPVC setup very well yet.
