13 people, but I am a lurker. Dammit I knew i should have stayed
quiet.

The problem is that Verizon does not always have thier fingers on the
pulse of what the ISP community is looking for. This main change they
are offering is something that can be easily accomplished with the
current setup, I believe this is a way for them to announce they have
figured out a way to do it and maybe a small ISP will buy into paying
for this additional service.

Of course if they were to offer something a bit better, like classes
of service for the DSL then maybe some would pay a bit more. Ability
to offer IP Addresses, ummm..been there, done that..
