Westnet: IRC Channels

Typically, the amount of channels on any of the IRC networks can be measured in the thousands. Topics range from "pretty much anything" to "pretty much anything else".

Be aware that some of these topics may be of adult nature or may be offensive to you. Please keep in mind the following legal disclaimer:

Neither WestNet, Inc., nor the individual Internet Relay Chat Network Servers are responsible for the traffic that crosses its server. Those who use it do so with the understanding that there can be and frequently is adult content on the Internet Relay Chat, and the regulation of keeping that content away from minors is up to individual parents.
Channels are run by channel operators or OPs. These OPs are the person who started the channel and anyone he or she has chosen to help them in running the channel. In the list of people in the channel, OPs can be identified by the "@" symbol next to their name. OPs have the ability to set channel topics, kick and ban users, invite users, and set parameters for the channel.
