The mailing list is automaticly maintained. To subscribe, send e-mail to
watpa-request@westnet.com with the single word subscribe in the body.
To get off the list, send mail from the account you wish removed to the same
address with unsubscribe in the body.
If you change addresses, unsubscribe the old address and subscribe the new
one.
