Just had a DSL customer order Verizon's new TV Service: FiOS TV.
Since he ordered the new FTTH service for television, they replaced his
phone lines with the new equipment and took out his DSL. We had the
customer call Verizon, but they didn't back in touch with him. We then
we've placed several calls into Verizon with the customer conferenced in.
Last time they couldn't do anything right then, but stated that they would
call the customer back last week. The customer just called back today
pretty irrate still, but I'm at a loss of what to do next. Anyone know of
any contact that may be able to help us out in this situation? He wants to
keep our DSL, but I'm at the point where I don't think we can get anywhere
with Verizon.
Sincerely,
Eric Tykwinski
