I was always wondering why we couldn't just manually order it on the TN that
gets assigned to the line. It would probably end up going through much
faster (2-5) without all the other hassle. I asked around but didn't really
get anywhere. If they pulled the automation and let the Stand Alone order
handle the line install, then give us a notification when it is done. Then
we could just place an order in HBI on the number. It would be nice if the
automation worked, but currently it is not that efficient. I pretty much
just got either "What do you mean" or "Why would you want to do that" from
everyone I asked.
Thank You,
Wm. Roche
