Big win on Saturday for the Panthers against the Lord Jeffs!  Bobby Ritter coached up a zone defense for the first time in 18 years and the guys did a great job with it.  Sophomore attackman Jack Rautiola had a nice game including our first two goals as well as the game winner with a few minutes left to play.  Besides slowing down the Amherst offense with our zone, a key to the game was our ride.  While we were perfect clearing the ball, we rode Amherst five times which included a turnover in the middle of the field that led directly to our 7th goal of the game by Jon Broome.  While face-offs continue to be an issue for our team the extra possessions generated off the ride have been crucial for us to stay in these tight games.

Next up we're at Hamilton on Wednesday.

Alumni weekend is coming up this weekend, hope to see many of you back!
