As I have been predicting since the 65 degree days in January, we were
in fact hit with a blizzard on February 14th this year after getting
virtually no snow for the past three months.   At least I know that if
things don't work out with this coaching thing, that I have a future as
a weather man!

We had to cancel our first practice yesterday as the school was closed
for the first time in years. So, our first practice ended up being
tonight in the bubble.  The early word is that we are VERY young but
have an excellent freshman class!   We were planning on heading down to
Union tomorrow for a scrimmage but had to cancel our trip after they
were hit with 3 feet of snow.  We'll practice this week and plan on
scrimmaging Skidmore next Friday night at 8pm in Queensbury, NY.

I'm looking forward to giving you more updates as we get into scrimmages
and have more to report from practice.  Tonight it was evident that the
guys were playing hard but the first practice jitters were getting the
best of them.  Hopefully we'll bring the same intensity tomorrow and
that the guys can relax a bit.
