PBS will highlight the development of the Internet in a three-hour TV
broadcast next month. A sequel to the 1996 special "Triumph of the
Nerds," which chronicled development of the personal computer, the new
show will include interviews with Internet industry figures, Wired
reported. Robert X. Cringely will narrate the show, "Nerds 2.01:
Digital Dreams."
