publication who sued the Federal Government over the Communications =
Decency Act. I thought you might be interested in it. (By the way, Joe =
Shea was Los Angeles editor for the New York Post before he started =
American Reporter.)

The Communications Decency Act was declared unconstitutional by a
three-judge Federal panel in a 75-page opinion in Shea v. Reno handed =
down
in Manhattan late Monday afternoon. =20
The case was based on a controversial test article written by
retired Texas Judge Steve Russell and published by The American Reporter
on Feb. 8, the day President Clinton signed the law.
I was represented by Arent Fox, Kintner Plotkin & Kahn attorneys
led first by now-AOL attorney Randall Boe, Jim=20
