Yes it does. It is important to keep in mind that this ruling in
Philadelphia puts in place an injunction pending a final review (if they
so elect) by the Supreme Court. The issue is not yet fully resolved and
the Government has 20 days to file its appeal.
Hence, it is crucial that folks continue to follow the issue closely and
be vigilant in protecting their rights to free speech, in whatever medium.
There was a quote in this morning's NYT's - that it is the MESSAGE that's
important, not the medium...or something like that.
