>From a political perspective having the availability of space for a
position paper and the ability to interact through a chat group, on an
on-going basis, really separates the men from the boys (generically
speaking). It allows for depth on an issue and puts the candidates'
comments in writing. If it goes this way a marketing plan ought to be
