One of the last of the big communications companies to join the Web -- =
good old NYNEX -- seems intent on making up for lost time. Compared to =
the other regional Bell companies, it is clear they have a broader view =
of what they intend to offer the Internet. In addition to the usual =
corporate stuff, they have plans for information about transportation, =
towns, etc. Right now, the site shows its newness -- it's often empty =
behind the screens and there are some glitches in their server. But you =
might want to take a look at it -- www.nynex.com .
