GET IN THE INTERNET'S FAST LANE!
The Second In WATPA's New Seminar Series Focuses On
Bell Atlantic's DSL Service

The Westchester Alliance For Telecommunications And Public Access (WATPA) along with its co-sponsors, the Westchester County Business Journal and the Westchester Library System, are pleased to announce the second in a new series of presentations on getting faster access to the Internet. This presentation will be by Mr. Joseph Kowalski, Data Communications Manager of the Bell Atlantic Corporation.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2000 at 6 P.M. in the Auditorium of the Ardsley Technology Park, 410 Saw Mill River Road, Ardsley. (Directions are attached.) Future meetings will present other vendors of high speed access to the Internet.

Mr. Kowalski will discuss, in non-technical language, what Digital Subscriber Lines (DSL) are all about, how fast they are, their cost, when and where they will be available in Westchester County and other topics of interest to those who use the Internet at home or work. This will be of special interest to those in smaller businesses and home offices who have felt restricted by the relatively slow speeds of modem access to the Internet.

In addition, Mr. Kowalski will discuss other advanced communications technologies. There will be ample opportunity for members of the audience to ask questions. As will all of these meetings, anyone can attend, no prior registration is required and it is absolutely free. Also, for those interested in participating in WATPA's activities, the group will hold its normal business meeting following the end of the question and answer session.
