The product is till being offered BUT Verizon doesn't have to sell it to
you if fiber is involved. If a neighborhood is covered by FIOS, you may
not be able to get it.

In areas where there isn't FIOS, you may still be limited by a lack of
DSLAM capacity. Verizon doesn't seem to be that interested in investing
in DSLAMs especially where some cable competitor is active.
