We used to, before switching over to PPPoE. (I assume you are using static
routes to the PVC they are on, otherwise this isn't an issue).

Basicly, shared PVC lines will move around to different PVCs as needed
by Verizon.

Luckily, it is possible to set up the PVCs to accept both static rounting
and PPPoE at the same time, making switching over not a complete nightmare.
At least on Cisco.
