Subject: Mysterious PVC changes

Has anyone experienced "mystery PVC changes" on customer circuits with
East Coast Bridged ADSL ? We have had several customers go offline to
later find out the PVC changed. Have there been maintenance
notifications that maybe we are missing ? Has anyone addressed with
Verizon ?

Er
