Yes, what we want to do is move our PVCs from the current circuit to
a different one that is already used by another ISP for their DSL. We
were told that "if it was possible" it would cost $6 per subscriber.
It seems like something that could have a per PVC cost, but per
subscriber doesn't make sense to me either.

I do not anticipate an ISP symposium any time soon. My impression is
that Verizon has cut all aspects of ISP support to the bone and will
not be investing further in ISP business development
