Multiple ISPs using one ATM?

Hello,

Has anyone set up (or combined) two or more ISPs with different SPIDs
using one ATM circuit in Verizon East (formerly Bell Atlantic)
region? Seems like it should be technically possible, but we are
getting conflicting information on whether or not Verizon will do this.

If you don't have any experience with this, but have a good contact
at Verizon who may be able to point us in the right direction, that
would be helpful, too.
