Anyone have a working Verizon sales contact

I need to upgrade my DS-3 ATM circuit and I don't have a retail sales
contact anymore. I have a wholesale contact (for my CLEC) but he
won't handle a retail sales order. Does anyone have a Verizon sales
contact that can handle DSL ATM circuit orders?
