RE: ATM CRS grandfathered?

If you are just doing DSL wholesale over a plain Verizon ATM service in
1 lata, you don't have ATM CRS.

CRS is an Interstate service designed for voice and video providers to
get real-time/high-speed transport relayed through 1+ Verizon ATM hubs.

Only thing I am not sure of, is if those of you with the National ATM
service would be affected. Where you are aggregating multiple latas
into 1 ATM circuit (paying per meg per lata) which in itself was also
phased out but grandfathered.

The only ATM circuit I have is my DS-3 ATM for DSL wholesale. That
is the only service I have from Verizon, everything else is from my
CLEC.

I'm trying to find out who my account rep is so I can figure out what
they are going to force me to buy.
