AMI & B8ZS are competing options, you can't have both. They are also
T1 options not T3 options.

  For data T1s you want ESF/B8ZS (Extended Super Frame / Binary 8
Zeros Substitution)
  For muxed T3s you want M13 (sometimes called M23), and I think 83ZS
