PPPoE on GreatSpeed - one last try.

Taking a look at this again, I have some debugging output from the Cisco. It
appears the GS is sending something that is not understood . This is what I
see on a failed GreatSpeed connection. Hopefully this rings a bell with
someone who got it working. If not -- RFC1483 still works. :-)
