Just to be clear: are you talking about having an ATM connection in one
LATA, and DSL customer connections backhauled to you from other LATAs to
you? This is something that Verizon had been dangling in front of us
for some years, but to this day they continue to tell us that it's not
yet available.

If you're talking about something else, pardon the outburst. :)
