You pay, per lata, per meg for National ATM connections. Something you
have to have established first, with your VZ Account Rep. before placing
the order for the end-user.

Subject: VPI/VCI for "West" ordering.
Hi,
We are an East ISP trying to order a DSL which is in PA but from what I
have been told is technically falling under a WEST order for their
location. I have never placed a West order before, and it is asking for
ATM Circuit ID, VPI/VCI . I found our National ATM Circuit ID that
carries customers in to us from LATA 232 PA, but not sure what to use
for VPI/VCI. I see other customers coming in to us from that LATA on
14/104 and 14/106 can I just use one of these or does it have to be
setup as a unique set of numbers ? I have someone at VZ looking in to
it, but thought you guys might answer first.
Thank You,
Wm. Roche
