It could also be a speed mismatch....

Subject: DSL Connected but still flashing link light ??
Hi Guys,
Got a wierd one here... Anyone ever seen a DSL connected and synched up
but link light still flashing ?? I'm thinking it is the modem (Zoom X3) but
just wondering if it could be something on the Telco side not provisioned
correctly or if anyone has ever run across this. I can even remotely log in
to the modem from our side but customer cannot move data.
Thank You,
Wm. Roche
