1) It's all relative. Fifteen bucks is a PROFIT BONANZA to a dialup
service provider!
2) Be yourself. The best selling point against Verizon IS Verizon.
3) Don't go head-to-head with a giant. Verizon can squash you
like a bug anytime they want to.
4) Use DSL to leverage other markets, like VoIP, EMail, and
Biz IM.. When Verizon moves into those markets, thank the
stars that you've got a paycheck and look to move into other
markets.
5) The Verizon motto is "Speed and Availability not guaranteed".
Guarantee yours.
6) Provide better service, faster response, at a competitive
price (not bargain basement), and you'll be fine.
