RE: Closed COs

I just tried to order some of the Closed CO waiting customers we have
through the retail or enduser interface and I get the CO is closed due to
popularity screen.
It is good to know it is not just wholesale ISP's getting the shaft with
Closed CO's

A bunch that we have said April 15th, but some are already reopening each
day. I think they just pushed them all out that far to get us to stop
asking since their relief dates kept lapsing.
