Re: DSL Completion Notices ?

I will be the first to admit that I go right to the "how will they scr*w
me" questions. However, they spent millions/billions lobbying
congress/FCC to allow them to not be required to interconnect with
future services. I am still waiting for that other shoe to drop. There
has not been a significant uptick in the adoption rated of DSL, nor has
the equipment been scarce, nor has it been increasing in cost. So, what
else may have thrown such a deep wrinkle in their timing?
