Anyone else not receiving the normal DSL Completion notices ? I have a whole stack of them that I do not get the normal notification email from Verizon on anymore. Even in HBI most of them show pending still or a past due date but if I call the DSSC or PCC they confirm that the orders already completed like a week ago. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this at all. I seem to get delays and disconnects fine, but not completions, or very few at least.
