The DSL cost is the same ($13.95 for 768k) as far as I can tell. I
don't know if you would qualify for the marketing rebate or not.

Verizon is selling POTS + ADSL for $70-90/month. Cost is about $50/
month so there is 500% margin when you sell both. I'm still chewing
on the numbers but I think I would be able to sell POTS + ADSL
through the Wholesale Advantage program for the same price as Verizon
Online and make some $$.
