Verizon ATM DS3 Question

Hello,

I've been reading through the Verizon ATM Tariff before we order a DS3 ATM
UNI for the 5N-TVDP.

Is anyone here using the Incremental DS3 option with the UBR PVC? It looks
like it might save a few hundred/month.

Also, we've been quoted and checked the tariff for ATM UNI pricing (in NY)
as follows:

DS3 Port Only
1 Year $1,765.00
2 Year $1,677.00
3 Year $1,500.00
5 Year $1,412.00
 
Port + DS3 (0-5 mile)
1 Year $2,891.00
2 Year $2,746.45
3 Year $2,457.35
5 Year $2,312.80

For those of you with DS3 ports, does this look about right? I've heard you
can get a DS3 port for $800/month? Am I looking at the wrong service/tariff?
