Special Contracts for Infospeed Premium?

Did any of you have to sign new contracts (or different ones) to sell
their infospeed premium service (ie, SDSL)? I was trying to order one
and was gettng denied. The DSSC is not sure, and like the last person,
the ISP markets group is a bit hard to reach at times.
