Actually don't know how this made it to my mailbox Chris, but...

DO NOT trust Versleazon on ANYTHING they say over the phone, get it
writing. The only worse slick slimebags are ATT.
Been there, done that.
Are both T's going to the same place, (your ISP feed?) or do they go to the
DSL feed outbound?
Can you loadshare on them? If you have access to both ends, do your own.
That should accomplish the same thing, and you don't have to pay the
thieves anything but the line charges.
