We just got this update. This is crazy ! Has anyone seen any articles or
writeups on this ? The customers are killing us !

Eric:

I just talked to the DNOC management team who is working on this issue.

The DNOC is going "router by router" to address the slow thru-put issues.
Some routers are back up and functioning normally. Those who are not, are
being worked on.
You will see customers experiencing problems as they go thru each router.
The estimate is now at 60 hrs to finish going thru the routers.
The DNOC has asked that no tickets be called in for slow thru-put until
Saturday AM.

We will keep you posted as we are notified of any updates or you may call
into the DNOC to ask for an update. That number is 877-389-7400, option 2,
option 1 (east).
