Direct PVC CPE Config

I had to suck it up and order a circuit direct PVC. It's the only I could
fix the bridge-group same interface problem....
Anyway, since this will not be bridged through the Redback the configuration
is going to change. I'm figuring I will just create a new subinterface on
our ATM DS3 for the PVC's, but I am not sure how to configure the CPE. Will
it be RFC1483 Routed or another encapsulation. Anyone familiar with the
west coast CPE configurations ? I would normally experiment but the first
router is being shipped and installed by a 3rd party so I would rather not
have them "Experiment" for us.
