Cisco 2507 ATM Question

We have a 2507 with a DS3 ATM setup. We are stet-up to use aggregate PVC for
multiple end-users (How Verizio is setup). We are using RBE routing. All seemed to
be working fine till we hade one user get two DSL lines two blocks apart. Now the
problem that I found is that if the two are using the same PVC they can not route to
each other. Routing to other IP’s on other PVC’s on the same ATM works fine. Is
there any way around this?

Below is some of the 2507 config.

interface Loopback0
 ip address 66.250.201.1 255.255.255.0

interface ATM1/1/0
 description Verizon ATM Network
 mac-address 0030.a333.d812
 no ip address
 atm scrambling cell-payload
 no atm ilmi-keepalive

interface ATM1/1/0.319 point-to-point
 ip unnumbered Loopback0
 atm route-bridged ip
 pvc 1/319

ip route 66.250.201.16 255.255.255.255 ATM1/1/0.319
ip route 66.250.201.22 255.255.255.255 ATM1/1/0.319
ip route 66.250.203.16 255.255.255.248 66.250.201.22
ip route 66.250.203.24 255.255.255.248 66.250.201.16
