The Beachhouse includes:

• Large 2 floor house in concrete: 160m2 (1736 sq. feet)

• Second floor: 3 rooms with ceiling fan, full bathroom with hot water, large open terrace facing the ocean. House is 30 meters to the beach
• View: The beach, a nice Island offshore and mountains with natural dry forest
• The ocean here is calm and adults or kids can swim safely

• Located at 1 kilometer out of the village
• Free access to the pool and the gardens of the hotel Villa del Sol, just across the street (same owner)

Playa del Coco is located at 20 minutes from new Liberia International airport.
At only 80 meters from the beach, this nice villa offers 5 comfortable rooms with private bathroom and 2 with semi-private bathroom (direct access from your room). All are equiped with hot water.

There is an interior garden, a great pool with jacuzzi, a covered BBQ area and a splendid tropical surroundings.

Every day you can enjoy our free continental breakfast served in a nice atmosphere.

The beach is in a dramatic setting situated in a large horseshoe bay with great rocks offshore, sailboats gliding around, and dozens of fishing boats.

Activities:

Sun-bathing, diving, fishing, snorkelling, sailing, horseback riding, cycling and different tours can be organized.
