The beautiful land of Costa Rica has its problems like any other undeveloped country, this doesn't mean you are not going to enjoy your visit or lose your investment.

It's also fine to talk to an attorney before you visit the country to prepare yourself for potential problems or to make better decisions about your destination. Instead of getting all your information from an advertising booklet or a Travel Agent, you will get it from a Costa Rican who speaks your language and understands the matters of Law and the differences between your legal system and ours.
I will charge you $ 50.00 for three up to seven line questions, about any matter that you need legal counsel on. You will not pay unless totally satisfied with the answers.
