• Click on Start
• Click on Settings
• In Network and Dial-Up Connections double-click on MAKE NEW CONNECTION.

• Click Next

In Network Connection Type:

• Select Dial-up to the Internet
• Click on Next

Connection wizard welcome screen:

• Select the third option, you want to setup your connection manually.
• Click on Next

How do you connect to the Internet:

• Select "I connect through a phone line and a modem.
• Click on Next

Phone number setup

• Enter your area code
• Enter a WestNet dial-up phone number close to your location.
• Click on Advanced

Advance Connection Properties

• IP Address:
  Select - "Internet service provider automatically provides one"
• DNS:
  Select - "Always use the following":
• Enter for Primary :216.187.52.23
• Enter for Secondary: 216.187.52.23
• Click OK

Type in your username

• Username - Enter your WestNet username
• Password - You can enter in your password, or you can leave it blank
• Click OK

Create a connection name

• You can enter in any name to indentify this dial up connection. (ie - "WestNet")
• Click Next

Setup Internet Mail Account

• Select No
• Click Next

Completing the Wizard

• You can now connect to WestNet
• Click Finish
